Setting the record straight
Featurebase published a comparison page about FeatureOS. A few of their claims need correcting:
"Poor prioritization capabilities" — FeatureOS includes AI-powered feedback clustering, customer impact scoring, feedback volume trends, and board performance analytics. We prioritize based on real customer signals. See AI features →
"Email customization limitations" — FeatureOS supports custom SMTP and custom domain on all plans, including the Free plan. Send branded emails from your own domain.
