Getting Started with Crisp + FeatureOS

  1. Sign into your Crisp account at app.crisp.chat.
  2. In your Crisp dashboard, check the URL to find your Website ID.
    • Example: https://app.crisp.chat/settings/website/66dd3d83-5159-477b-866a-82092b1658db/
    • Here, the Website ID is: 66dd3d83-5159-477b-866a-82092b1658db.
  3. In FeatureOS: Go to Dashboard → Organization Settings → Integrations → Chat Widgets.
  4. From the dropdown, choose Crisp.
  5. Paste your Website ID → click Update.

Your Crisp chat widget will now appear in your FeatureOS portal.
