How to Add Crisp Chat to Your FeatureOS Portal

  1. Sign into Crisp at app.crisp.chat.
  2. Check your dashboard URL to find the Website ID. For example, in https://app.crisp.chat/settings/website/66dd3d83-5159-477b-866a-82092b1658db/, the Website ID is 66dd3d83-5159-477b-866a-82092b1658db.
  3. In FeatureOS, go to Dashboard > Organization Settings > Integrations > Chat Widgets.
  4. Choose Crisp from the dropdown.
  5. Paste the Website ID and click Update.

The Crisp widget now shows up on your FeatureOS portal.
