But with Fullstory connected to your FeatureOS portal, your team can replay the exact session where that user encountered the problem. How to Connect Fullstory to FeatureOS
- In FeatureOS, go to Dashboard > Organization Settings > Integrations.
- Scroll to Fullstory.
- In Fullstory, log in and go to Settings > Data Capture and Privacy > Data capture > Capture data by domain > Add domain. Add your FeatureOS portal domain.
- Find your Fullstory Org ID under Settings > Data Capture and Privacy > Fullstory Setup (it is embedded in the installation snippet).
- Copy the Org ID, paste it into FeatureOS, and click Update.
Your FeatureOS portal is now tracked in Fullstory, and sessions are available for replay in your Fullstory dashboard.
