HubSpot's chat widget does two things at once: live conversations and chatbot automation. By embedding it in your FeatureOS portal, you create a space where customers can submit feedback, browse your roadmap, and talk to your team or a chatbot, all on the same page.

If you are already using HubSpot for marketing or sales, this means your portal visitors get the same chat experience they would see on your main website. Chatbot sequences, lead capture flows, and FAQ automation all carry over.

How to Add HubSpot Chat to Your FeatureOS Portal

  1. Sign into HubSpot at hubspot.com.
  2. Go to Conversations > Chatflows and create or edit a chatflow.
  3. Under Target, set the Website URL to your FeatureOS portal URL and click Save.
  4. Go to Conversations > Chatflows > More > Go to Inbox Settings.
  5. In the sidebar, select Tracking Code > Advanced Tracking > + Add Domain.
  6. Enter your FeatureOS portal domain, click Add, then Save.
  7. Under Tracking Code, copy the tracking code installation snippet.
  8. In FeatureOS, go to Dashboard > Organization Settings > Integrations > Chat Widgets.
  9. Choose HubSpot from the dropdown, paste the tracking code, and click Update.

The HubSpot chat widget now appears inside your FeatureOS portal.
