Drift specializes in conversational marketing and live chat. If your team already uses Drift to engage website visitors, you can bring that same experience into your FeatureOS feedback portal.

With Drift embedded in your portal, customers can start conversations while browsing your feature request boards, submitting ideas, or checking product updates. They do not have to leave the page to get help or ask questions. Your team sees these conversations in Drift alongside all their other visitor interactions.

How to Add Drift Chat to Your FeatureOS Portal

  1. Log into Drift at drift.com.
  2. Go to Settings > App Settings > Drift Widget to find your Drift Embed ID (it is also in the installation code snippet).
  3. Copy the Embed ID.
  4. In FeatureOS, go to Dashboard > Organization Settings > Integrations > Chat Widgets.
  5. Select Drift from the dropdown.
  6. Paste the Embed ID and click Update.

The Drift chat widget now appears inside your FeatureOS portal.
