How to Add Freshchat to Your FeatureOS Portal

  1. Log into your Freshchat account.
  2. Find your Chat ID in the Freshchat Web Chat widget settings.
  3. In FeatureOS, go to Dashboard > Organization Settings > Integrations > Chat Widgets.
  4. Choose Freshchat from the dropdown.
  5. Paste the Chat ID and click Update.

The Freshchat widget now appears on your FeatureOS portal, ready for customers to use.
