How to Add Tidio to Your FeatureOS Portal
- Sign into Tidio at tidio.com/panel/login.
- Go to Settings > General > Developer > Project Data.
- Copy your Public Key.
- In FeatureOS, go to Dashboard > Organization Settings > Integrations > Chat Widgets.
- Select Tidio from the dropdown.
- Paste the Public Key and click Update.
The Tidio widget now appears inside your FeatureOS portal.
